MTSU's of 1990s yes. I hope that is what you mean...That old astro turf was killer.

The irony.

back when they had a football team they played smu tcu a&m and texas tech..they actually beat tcu that last 2 times they played them..If they scheduled a couple of name teams to come in and play at JerryWorld..they would generate some good crowds..for some reason people in the metroplex will flock down there for just about anything..would give them some good visibility.

Haha, yeah, that's what I ment. My brother and I would ride our bikes to the stadium and play on the field as kids. The turf felt like SANDPAPER. I do kinda miss it...a little.

I don't doubt any of that. I was more commenting on the source of the statement than the actual statement.
