Not at all... It's well documented. The Bush administration DOJ brought a case against three BP members. The Obama admin initially pursued it, but dropped the case after getting ONE member to "agree not to carry a deadly weapon near a polling place until 2012."

Corruption at it's finest.

First way to miss the point that it is a crime to attempt to intimidate voters! You don't need to succeed to have done something wrong. No one who saw the videotape could come to any conclusion other than the NNB were trying to intimidate people at that poll.
