easy... someone who is under the impression he knows all of the answers, but in fact knows nothing, and seems to be obsessed by the NBE. Not sure what label listed above that description would fall under, so i'm going with all of the above.

i'm also not quite sure why all the posters here seem to entertain him by wasting time arguing with his idiocy. let him spout all he wants, if you ignore it he will get bored and play elsewhere... eventually.
