At least 6 coaches voted Cal below top 6 in their final poll in order to get Texas to the Rose. Guess where those 6 coaches come from? No wonder they want to keep it a secret.

Talk about no ethnics. Mac and his B12 buddies just screwed Cal royally. I suggest they open up their little club and let the public see their votes.

What a shameful display by Big 12 coaches.

This will come back to bite the Big 12. You wait and see.

Thats BS. Coaches with no ethnics play that game. Cal has way stronger resume than Texas. They were 9 yards away from beating USC at their home.

Texas could not even score a point against #2 team OU at a neutral site. They should have lost to Kansas if not for a very questionable interference call against a Kansas player at the final secs of the game. They nearly lost to a 4-7 Arkansas team.

I am sorry to say Texas is so overrated. If they lose to another overrated team in Michigan, it just proves the point BCS is full of crooks from the big conferences.

Mac Brown disgraced himself as did the other coaches tha colluded with him.

You know, if Mac wants to play in a BCS game, I have some advice for him.

Beat Oklahoma!!

or just be competitive with Oklahoma!!

or just score a touchdown against Oklahoma!!!

Heck, why not just make a field goal against Oklahoma.

Mac, we know who your daddy is.

If Cal would've spanked an unranked and struggling USM squad like many expected, then you guys would have a much stronger argument. Cal knew they needed to put up a strong performance yet they struggled.

If the only coaches that dropped them in the polls were from the big 12 then I agree something isn't right but Cal had the opportunity to control their destiny.

let's see your team go to Hattiesburg and spank USM before you make it sound like a cakewalk.......

Playing USM in December instead of September hurt Cal. I have read where Tedford said he didn't feel like he had to run up the score to keep their ranking in the BCS. I didn't see the game but from what I gather, Cal took a knee and did not tack on an useless TD at the end. If that is correct then California got screwed because they showed some class and thats a shame. Now I understand why Petrino keeps scoring while the game is well in hand. Right or wrong it is the culture of college football today. Screw yourself and take a chance losing your job or be called classless for running up the score. Some choice coaches have.

I agree, the Wac 10 is suspect imo.

agreed......It baffles the mind to know that with the media backlash that the BCS is not even batting an eye........until there is a playoff, I will not watch the title game, doesn't mean that much too me right now......neither does the Heisman......two USC guys and two Oklahoma guys being touted already on ESPN's build up - gee four guys on the two teams playing for the title.....what a freaking joke.....that is why March Madness will continue being the ultimate for me until college football gets a playoff......
