It's a busy day with 9 teams in action. Our first final of the day: Texas Wesleyan (NAIA) 72 FIU 68. Former FIU forward Eric Frederick had 11 points and 7 boards for the Rams of TWU.

We beat UT-Martin by 16.

Had two starters out due to injury. One out two more weeks, and the other I'm unsure.

Actually, it's the starter and backup 3 (G/F)

Yikes, FIU :/ Our game was good and a nice win. Got Belmont coming back on Tuesday for a rematch on our home floor again!

ULM loses to #25 Texas A&M 67-54. Won't win many games shooting 38% from the field.

Red Wolves beat UCA 71-64.

Griswold comes over from the football team and gets 5 points and 7 rebounds in 14 minutes as a true Freshman. Looks like he'll help with the depth issues inside.

If UCA is the worst D1 team in Arkansas...we're not that far behind. That was one ugly basketball game... At least when we lost by 30 to Missouri State one team looked good.

The game was tied up 43-43 with fourteen minutes to play and we closed it to five points with five minutes left in the game. If we could just play the Harding's of the world as tough as we play the TA&M's and Miss. State's....

Ualr is improving but lost to mo st. By 8.

We are probably not going to win a bunch of games this year, but there is talent and it is improving game by game.

We had our chances to win but missed a pair of ft's and a layup.

Same thing against smu, just too young to finish at this point.

Will Nieghbor is for real!

Miss State was playing outrageously well. Even if Troy was hot I don't think they would've won. Mississppi State has the best mix of size and talent that I've seen all year. They'll go real, real far at the Big Dance.

We would have had to shoot like 90% from behind the line to just have a chance. What made it worse is that we didn't and we looked awful the whole time. But hey, we're 4-4...it could be worse.
