Must have sucked to be on the ULM staff since he will not acrew any more retirement years in the Louisiana system. He may already have enough to retire, I do not know, but I wouldn't want to coach at a program that will only have 5 scholarships or so.

True. But Coach Lee is a good Guy and I wish him well. The real news is that you don't see that kind of lateral action within a conference. It speaks volumes about the respective situations. Lee is going where his hands aren't completely tied. I can't blame him

I have mixed emotions about it. I think he is a strong hire for UALR as an assistant but would be a weak hire as a head coach...

Say what you will about his head coaching, but you are getting an outstanding recruiter and a good man.
