Interesting series stats for all SBC teams
Arkansas State has never won at MT or at FAU, both of whom they visit in 2011.

FAU has never won at Arkansas State nor have they ever beaten ULM or Troy at home. FAU hosts ULM in 2011

FIU has never won at Arkansas State, at FAU, at MT, nor have they ever beaten Troy at home. In 2011 FIU visits Jonesboro, Murfreesboro and hosts Troy.

ULL has never beaten FAU at home, the Cajuns will host FAU in 2011.

ULM has never won at Troy. ULM will visit Troy in 2011.

North Texas has never won at Troy. UNT will visit Troy in 2011.

WKU has never won at Arkansas State, nor have they ever beaten ULL at home, they also have never beaten FAU, North Texas, or Troy home or away. They will visit Arkansas State as well as host ULL(and of course play FAU, North Texas and Troy)

Middle Tennessee and Troy are the only schools to have beaten all Sun Belt members both at home and on the road.

Which "monkeys" do you see schools "getting off their backs" in 2011?

RE: Interesting series stats for all SBC teams
WKU won at Ark.St. last year and we go on the road to play WKU this year.

I would like this year to be the year for us to shake the MTSU road monkey. I assume you disagree.

MT vs Troy I hope (wasn't listed for good reason but I'm using it anyway!). If not, it's head first from the third floor balcony for me. 03-weeping

RE: Interesting series stats for all SBC teams
FAU's first game in Jonesboro was a pretty memorable one. Both QBs accumulated 5 INTs together. At the end of regulation, it was 0-0. ASU won a field goal by one of our most clutch kickers in recent memory (Eric Neihouse) in OT.

First - and I believe still is the only game - to go to OT scoreless since they implemented the OT system.

I don't think we'll have to worry about that happening again any time soon.

Troy has never won at ULM as a member of the Sun Belt. 0-3 in Malone Stadium. They'll get another chance in 2012.

Closest we came to beating Troy at their place was in 2003 when we fumbled a punt snap on their 11-yard line with a minute or so left in the game and Troy ran it in on the next play to win 28-24. It was the perfect cap to a 1-11 season for us (our only win was over ULL).

Troy has won at ULM twice, just not as a Sun Belt member. If that was the stipulation, there would be a few more to add to the list, just off the top of my head, WKU hasn't won at MT as a full Sun Belt member.

Yep, a prep school could have beaten that team. Pretty much like most of your wins over that past few seasons.03-lmfao

But they've never beaten you when they are at home, which is what I said.

FIU has more "monkeys on their back" than anyone other than WKU and they face three out of four of them this year. For them to have any hope of even sharing the conference title, they'll need to knock off at least one of those.

One of the "monkeys on our back" was taken out behind their woodshed last season. I'm wondering whose "comeuppance " will be served this season. 05-mafia 05-stirthepot

It'd be nice not to get destoyed by Troy to be honest. Other then that one win the Trojans have just pwned FAU's arse like we pwn UNT and FIU.05-stirthepot

Dont see it changing this year, but hey well at least have a new home. 03-cloud9
