Casey Anthony not guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter in the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee...

State over charged her & didn't have a provable cause of death.

The prosecution couldn't prove it. The American justice system worked the way that it's supposed to, innocent til prove guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

Hey, our system requires that you PROVE the changes. The state didn't prove their case............... Thinking she's guilty or possibly guilty doesn't cut it.......sorry.

In another state with another jury, who knows, she might have been convicted. Some juries I've served on had some jurors that didn't need to be there. Works both ways guilty or innocent.

Perhaps if the body was found earlier and cause of death could have been determined, maybe they could have gotten a conviction, but circumstantial evidence to convict someone of MURDER, better be pretty steep.

I think the odds are higher that Casey had something to do with her daughter's death, then the odds that she didn't, but the prosecution did the child a disservice by pursuing charges they couldn't prove.

No cause of death. Difficult, if not impossible to makes a 1st degree or capitol murder without a definable cause of death.

Being a slut doesn't make her legally guilty of 1st degree murder. I've worked both sides as a police detective and as a consultant. At times the most likable and seemingly friendly are the most dangerous and diabolical.

People are convicted of murder without a body ever being found. I don't buy the lack of a cause of death argument. You don't put duct tape over the mouth of someone you accidentally kill.
