Does the NIT provid "units" for basketball?
Since FAU is in this deal now I am wondering if the confrence gets anything like the NCAA units from the dance for wins in this tourney?

I don't think so. The NIT is not nearly as lucrative for advertisers or participants.

Since the NCAA took over the NIT a few years ago, the answer is yes. The units aren't really lucrative, but they do exist. I think each unit is worth about 11K or so. Split that 12 ways and it doesn't come to much at all.
