What was Brady so hot about that he took a techinical with 1:30 to go in a 2-pt game? From our seats, across the court, he seemed to be yelling at the UALR bench, not the officials. That technical took ASU out of their momentum and out of a very winnable game.

Brady was known as a hothead in the past but it seemed he had gotten over that.

He was fed up with UALR ass't Joe Kliene being on the court during the game and picked a bad time to get fed up with it.

Cost us the game. Surprising that they called that tech at that point though.

Those close enough to hear said there wasn't any way they couldn't call the tech.

Tech was called late in the MT/UALR game on Kermit Davis, as well, for yelling at his own player.

During the SBC final, one of the commentators mentioned there is an NCAA directive that encourages officials to penalize unsportsmanlike behavior-if they miss it, they could be prevented from officiating in the NCAA tournament.
