One game is complete. MTSU fell to Portland 6-5.

UALR and SFA are tied at 9 after 9 innings, but the game won't resume play until 10 AM tomorrow because SFA doesn't have lights.

Cajuns drop game one to SEMO 4-2. Stranded 8 or 9 runners in scoring position, just couldn't get a clutch hit.

ULM wins season/home opener 3-2 over Texas-San Antonio

Auburn beats ASU 12-5. Though it really was alot closer then that.

ASU elected not to throw Jacob Lee tonight and instead went with Andy Ferguson who had alot of trouble with one of the best offenses in the country. His control was off and he walked 5 batters 3 of which came around to score.

Down 6-2 ASU battled back to make it 6-5 heading into the Bottom of the 7th, but the Auburn offense exploded against the ASU Bullpen to put the game away

Freshman Claude Johnson led ASU with 3 hits and an RBI

Jacob Lee starts tomorrow against UAB.

Troy beat High Point 17-3 in front of 1,500. Great way to start off the season!

South wins 6-1 against Tn Martin. Garrett Harris had a no no going into the sixth, got nailed by a line drive, then proceeded to give up two more hits and his lone run allowed. Our bullpen did a nice job (which will be dramatically different from last year if that continues).

Troy won all 4 games of the series against High Point University. GO TROJANS!

ASU got swept as we expected. We hung with Virginia and Auburn for 7 innings. But We're not at that level yet. Lost to UAB on a late inning homerun

We made 13 errors this weekend which is the coaches first thing to work on.

Home opener vs Murray State Tuesday and then a game at Ole Miss wednesday
