Due process?? We don't need no stinkin' due process!
DHS -- yes, the DHS that is suppose to deal with terrorists -- is now seizing domain names they claim engage in piracy purely on a warrant without any due process whatsoever.

This attitude could lead to a split of the internet. At this point, I don't know if I trust the United States to run ICANN.

Wasn't someone on here advocating that they involve the Coast Guard in confronting Pirates. Isn't the Coast Guard part of DHS? Isn't this what gives DHS the legal authority to go after pirates? Am I missing something?
