why is that bad? i'm sure palin would lower my taxes and vote against these job killing bills that our current congress is passing

Hasn't been too many cases recently that conservatives could really disagree with. Hard question for her as the term "recent" likely excluded well known cases of the past like Row v wade. Campaign finance decision was the most noteable decison recently and that went the way for corporations which was perhaps favorable for a conservative republican who may agree with money being equal to free speech. Recent affirmative action decisions that impacked universities and quotas also went in the conservative direction. And offcourse Bush v Gore went that way as well. Conservatives have held the majority on court for a while. Good question which should be asked to other canidates and not to be a gotcha question. She handled the answer poorly as she should have listed some recent case as I did and admitted that the court mostly has gotten it right in recent decades. Most american probably would give the supreme court high marks as they have been right most of the time. As the have the final say other than a constitutional admendment. So other than that they are right by definition 100% of the time.
