If it isn't and the race is tightening up, it might be because people are figuring out that Rand is not his father.

The father is not baggage free.

I'm not rooting against Rand Paul. But I am trying to look at the facts.

Just like they did with his dad....The opposition is keying in on a couple of his stances and twisting them to make him look like a ******* or instilling fear in the voter. It will work. Most Americans are too lazy to actually do their due diligence and educate themselves on the issues and the candidates. So....They rely on sound bites and political ads to make their "informed decisions".

Rand Paul is NOT Ron Paul. He is NO way as principled as his father. That being said... I have no problem with him and I think he is trying to be Ron-light on purpose. I hope he can win. Even Ron Paul light is better than the sh!t for brains that are currently in power.
