Too many penalties and we have been giving up too much ground on kickoffs/punts. Have the lead and the ball at the half so hopefully we put them away after the break.

After a rather weak effort in the first half Syracuse ends up rolling in the second...38 to 14 is your final. On to Colgate in a game that really does not count for anything at this point since it cannot be used for bowl eligibility.

same thing happened last year. we started sloppy, even trailed at halftime, but pulled it out. we looked very flat and this is probably the biggest game Maine will play this year.

Maine had the Syracuse game circled, and probably won't play as well in any game the rest of the season...
