Guessing $45 equals roughly 15 40's so wouldn't the answer to how much malt liquor they drink be 15 40's?

The new phrase to describe "progressive/liberal" democrats should be Spend and Waste, not Tax and Spend since they don't seem to be ready to tax, yet.
