Her primary opponent was worse, he supports cap and tax and would not reverse Obamacare.
Related to anybody I vote for..........I could care less about their personal beliefs or behavior, I care
about how they vote and what legislation they pass or block.

I can understand Rove's position but his actions were foolish as are the RNHC... Being petulant because you lose a primary is not a nice action, and 8points behind right now is not completely our of shooting range..

Now, in looking at O"Donell's platform, I understand her being against pornography, and I respect her desire to reserve sex for marriage, though I disagree with her stance on both.
But being against masturbation? That's just crazy talk.
The Democrats will find a way to get her elected.....
There are differences in not being in favor of someone doing something,
and using the gvmt to make it illegal.
I don't agree with using Meth, but I also don't think it's the gvmt job to
try ( and fail at trying) and stop people from using it.

Yup.
The Dems NAILED Palin on her socially conservative opinions, but nobody noticed that she vetoed a bill to ban same sex partners from getting spousal benefits. When you point it out, dems argue that she just knew it was going to be overturned, so it was expedient to do it... but that is stupid in that the legislators who passed the bill didn't seem to mind... because the people who vote for them WANTED it banned... Better to do what the people want and have the courts overturn you than to go against the people so as to not be overturned?? Crazy talk.
I'm not saying you should support her just because of this... but she clearly didn't legislate her religious opinions on homosexuality.
The liberal media and Democratic supporters like to smear conservative women. They label every conservative woman as stupid. From Palin, to Bauchman, to the South Carolina governor race canidate, to O'Donnel. This is the same Democratic party that fixed a primary against Hillary Clinton by not counting Florida and Michigan Primaries then Obama snubbed her by refusing to put her on the ticket. Mccain was bold are daring to take a chance on Palin. Shocking that Democratic party hasn't selected a woman on the ticket since Ferrarro. I think a lot of independent women are changing over to vote Republican for the first time ever because Palin has broke the gender barrier in the Republican party. Its Palin who inspired these conservative women to run for office this year for the first time and Palin is backing them and winning. Tea party members are a lot of new republicans who just switched because they put an alternate choice on the ballot. The days of an established canidate running un-opposed in a primary are over. People aren't gonna rubber stamp what the party bosses picked.

Guys, all I am saying is that there is a little bit o' hte krazy in O'Donell. I still am pulling for her to win because her individiual thoughts on sex will never impact me, and will probably never impact Delawareans. I am watching this election closely because she is most socially conservative winning candidate on the Tea Party ticket.
I might support the Tea Party in this election cycle, but I will not support them if they just morph into a more socially conservative Republican wing. Luckily being in MN, I have a fair number of libertarian / independent candidate I can support if that is the case.
I can say this for sure, even with that 90's haircut, I have some lust for her in my heart. As for what shes saying...shes a 41 year old virgin? Give me a break. She can crusade all she wants, but the second she tries to outlaw "taking the edge off" most of the right wing will abandon her, because frankly some of the kinkiest people I know vote republican.

Agreed. The message of the original Tea Party movement was simple, and one I agreed with. Now this message has been lost in all the rhetoric. I blame the national media the most for complicating this simple message. It didn't help that some folks attended the rallies holding signs that had NOTHING to do with the Tea Party's intent. Also, who's idea was it to allow GOP figureheads to speak at these rallies? The average Joe now sees this movement as another form of the GOP. It's a shame.
Now when I read the Tea Party has endorsed a candidate, I ask myself, "Which Tea Party...the libertarian one, or the GOP one?"

You said is that her platform is 'anti-masturbation' Either you were sadly misinformed or being deliberately misleading.
Her belief that masturbation is not emotionally or spiritually healthy is nowhere to be found on her platform and is a deeply held religious belief.
Now you're free to disagree with that as 'kooky' but not to use her 'kooky' personal belief to label her as being extreme.

Actually, I said her platform was anti pornography and anti pre-maritial sex.
I then, in a seperate distinct sentance and paragraph, mentioned that she is anti-whacking. I didn't put anti-masturbation in the policy statement.
