Michelle Antoinette's approval rating falls to 50%
First Lady Going the way of Hillary

Not that it matters in the grand scheme of things, but I think it speaks to a larger problem Obama has. More and more voters see him as disconnected from average Americans and his wife, with her excessive vacations, lavish parties and expensive clothes, only reenforces it.

Based upon her writings from Princeton, Michelle Obama leans much more to the Left than her Husband. 01-wingedeagle

Too bad we don't have access to Barry's writings, aside from his two ghostwritten "books"...

Quote:Perino is probably more understanding than the public as a whole. In the coming campaign, Mrs. Obama's expensive tastes invite the charge that the Obama White House, with its fondness for Wagyu beef, glitzy parties and celebrity hobnobbing, is out of touch with regular people. That can hurt at a time when 66 percent of those surveyed in the new poll believe President Obama has fallen short of their expectations for dealing with the economy

What are the other 34% thinking? They must have been the smart ones who had zero expectations of Obama thus no disappointment.

Who cares what the unwashed masses think of the First Lady? I'd be willing to bet that more people could pick Kim Kardashian or the brats from Twilight out of a lineup than Michelle Obama, John Boehner, or John Roberts.

Your only expectation was Obama paying for your gasoline and mortgage. Oh, I forgot(you are too stupid to qualify) you don't have a mortgage.

I'm fine with that. Obviously they'll be able to pick out the Pres., V.P., First Lady, etc. but I'm perfectly fine with our politicians not gaining celebrity status.

Unwashed masses, thats just ignorant. You are a little wet behind the ears. I'd take that bet and you would lose horribly, loser.

Maybe you think it is, but what the culture of our country has become is pathetic. A culture that has put celebrity, victimization, and emotion above responsibility, logic, and reason will not last long. And yes, anyone supports the former three principles over the latter three principles is part of the unwashed masses....and don't really care what you have to say about it since your posts tend to sound like an emotive victim.

The racism of those on the left is so close to the surface that it's about to explode from them. Every time they see a monkey or ape, the first thing they think of is black people. Disgusting. Guess it's not really surprising since throughout history, socialist fascists have always rounded up and exterminated those who they see as different. Shouldn't expect that Americas fascists with their cute little name of progressives would be any different.

There is a good chance the Dems do NOT re-nominate the Obamas. They have a better chance than Kennedy had against Carter. I can see Billary getting the nominations to save the party.

I would love to see a dem run against Obama. Can't imagine a better GOP campaign tool than saying even the democrats don't want Obama for a second term.
