If we find a guy to have a breakout season(I'm looking at you Sancho) and a few guys step up and have very good years we will have undoubtedly the second best WR corp in the league and probably equally good as Troy...aside from Jernigan. We do not have a Jerrell Jernigan on our team and with all due respect to T.Y. Hilton, I don't think there's another Jernigan in the league. I really think people will be very surprised by our WRs this year and I really do think that at the end of the season, you could match ours up against Troys and it would be a near wash, until you add Jernigan in and he tips the scales big time.
I think MT's will be good, but you have to respect these guys:

Keep your eye on 4-Star JUCO Transfer Brett Moncrief. We got him in this class. He's 6-4, 205 pounds and is the son of former NBA player Sydney Moncrief.
Also check out Jason Bruce. When we recruited him, I thought he was just as good as Jerrel Jernigan. I think he's a clone of Jerrel, our beat writer thinks so as well. Bruce is a senior, and Moncrief is a Junior. Bruce broke a bunch of Mississippi JUCO records while he was there.
Look for Josh Jarboe. He was the #3 receiver in the country (high school). Coaches say he's had a really good spring and a good fall so far. He's coming along.
Chip Reeves may be the fastest guy on the team. He runs sub 4.4 times and coaches say his 'world class speed' is faster than Jernigan's. He's a big deep threat and burned MT for a 57 yard touchdown. Chip is a junior.
Those are the backups (save Jason Bruce, he'll start). Then you have Jerrel Jernigan and Tebairus Gill who are the stars of the show at the moment. Gill had more TD's than Jerrel and is a big tall physical threat. For those who care about stars, we have two four stars, and seven or eight three stars, maybe more. We're stacked, and really, MTSU's is good, but ours are quite a bit better. We have more talent, and more experience.
Other receivers of note, from the spring that I noticed at T-Day: Jaquon Robinson, Jamel Johnson, and Sam Haskins (6'4-6")...Please don't forget Silvoy...There is a slight chance that middle has more depth at WR than they did last season, but it is, in no way, comparable, at this point, to TROY's receiving corps. 6'6", 250 Gavin Ellis...Man, I can't wait 'til Sep. 4th!
This year we'll have
Sancho Mcdonald 6-3 200 Jr. was a three star dual threat quarterback recruit more than likely headed to Rutgers before tearing his Achilles tendon his senior year
Garrett Andrews 6-3 206 Sr. JUCO who came in last year and had 35 receptions for 530 yards and 4 TD's. His numbers will probably be higher this year as he came on strong late last season and our offense took a few weeks to start clicking last season
Shane Blissard 6-5 212 Jr. is a local product who had little to no interest from anyone out of high school. Walked on at MT and spent his first two seasons on the practice squad. Worked his tail off and earned a roster spot last year. A reliable big body, with his work ethic he should continue to improve.
Tavarres Jefferson 5-9 194 So. a guy that showed potential last year before going out with a season ending injury. Highly athletic played QB/DB in high school. Great shifty slot guy, potential to fill Desmond Gee role.
Harold Turner Jr. 5-8 166 So. walk-on who came out of nowhere last year. Had 14 receptions for 223 yards and 3 TD's. Another potential Desmond Gee type.
Wes Caldwell Sr. 6-1 184 is an athletic two sport athlete(also plays center field) guy has yet to really show a whole lot on the football field, but is a reliable possession guy.
We also have our three headed backfield of Tanner, Kyles and Cunningham who will likely see passes out of the backfield.
Those are the guys coming back that played in at least half our games last year. We also have a couple of guys who saw minimal action last year.
Adding into the mix this year.
Jamar Brown JR 6-2 218 has the size hopefully he can use it
Tyler Mason JR 5-7 158 recorded 1,800 all purpose yards at his JUCO last year. Very quick, very shifty, another possible Des Gee replacement
Todd Campbell 6-0 188 transfer from Tennessee. Didn't see the field much at UT but was a three star out of high school. A wild card.
Arthur Williams 6-2 188 r-FR was rated the No. 92 WR in the nation by Scout two years ago. Coming off his redshirt season, should be hungry.
Richard Drake 6-2 208 r-FR was rated No. 63 player in the state of Georgia by Rivals two years ago. Another one coming off a redshirt season looking to contribute.
Reggie Whatley 5-7 170 FR he was clocked at 4.31 at an Atlanta recruiting combine. Was an all-purpose monster in high school. Don't know if he'll see the field or not this year, but with his speed, it will be hard to keep him off the field I'm sure.
We also have a few walkons that I'm not sure whether or not they are public knowledge yet, but I have my eye on them as they all have intriguing things to offer.
We have lots of guys that I feel confident in, I'm excited to see this underrated bunch turn some heads. Then again, with Dasher, Tanner, Kyles and Cunningham in the backfield...our offense has plenty of weapons to run with or throw to. I'm very excited.
