I gotta agree with one of the comments on DoD Buzz. What does it say about Lockheed's "efficiency" up until now that they can lose 600 execs and still be functional?

That indicates that many of them are bus dev guys. If there's no business to be had, they're not needed.

Hope this makes a ding in the lobbyist culture too.
