Even after the constant onslaught from the right on the value of the dollar. How the sky is falling and oil will be 120 a barrel and hyperinflation will cause gold to go to 3000 an ounce. Look where we sit today. I look for interest rates to fall even further these next 6 months. I think shorting gold may be a good play here. I'm still long on bank stocks and shorting makes me too nervous, but I see clear sailing ahead. I know all of you are happy the stimulus worked. After all, we're all happy our country isn't staring into the abyss we were two years ago................ right. You guys can stop stockpiling the guns. It's morning in America, we dodged last night's storms.

It's amazing to me how easy it is for you to lie or misread. (Now I'm taking the risk Brooke's Owl will chime in on how uncouth it is to talk about personal finances). I don't short sell because your loss (hypothetically) could be endless. I don't shortsell for this reason. BTW I've never asked anyone to help pay for my medical bills like you mentioned earlier either. It's a cheap shot plain and simple. I've been offered help from people on this site in private messaging. I graciously and humbly declined. It goes to show you the class the majority of the people have on this site. Please stop with the couple of grand short selling nonsense.

btw.... I was confusing TARP and the stimulus, but in my defense alot of people do consider the TARP a part of the stimulus.
