Just thought I would point it out for you guys. The Democrat whips up on the Repug. Sorry to bring up the good news(or bad news depending on your perspective). I could have found a less biased article but I was running out of time and this is the first one that came up. The point though is the Democrat beats the Republican. :)

So you are hanging your hat on a guy who won under the following conditions:

1. It's a district of 2-1 in favor of dems to repubs
2. He ran against Obamacare
3. He ran against Cap and Trade
4. He's prolife
5. He's pro gun.

See Robert, this is why you are a useless piece of sh!t. You never bother to ask why. You are gloating about a dem who ran as a republican and won.

LOL!

interesting if true niner. not doubting you,. just doubting reporters...

It shows that some derivative of the tea party has a place, but it isn't necessarily as part of the republican party. Paul won as an indy/tea partier, didn't he??

The dem ran as more conservative than the republican, and actually criticized him for being too liberal. So did Murtha, for most of his career, at least. He was actually a pretty decent sort, except for having his hand so far into the till.

Rand is probably the consummate TEA Partier. Fiscally conservative, soically generally liberal. To me the TEA Party is what the republicans would be if they returned to their fiscal conservative roots and got rid of the social uberconservatism and occasional racist overtones.

I have to report that I was sitting next to Rand when his campaign manager called him to say that Grayson had called to concede. We had just sat down to eat, and we kidded him that he should have kept the suspense going at least until the sun had set.
