Trichet is of a mind that financial crisis is over? Global Governance? Talking about a world currency. Or a World Central Bank like the IMF? Make the IMF like a UN of Banking, yea, thay's gonna work.

Because the Euro has been such a success and the PIGS are shining examples of good citizenship in a collective economy.
