RE: Palin
Even if nomad was white, it'd be a reeeaal stretch making a racial connection in that post. I've seen the word 'pimp', especially as a verb, used often nowadays to describe something/someone being shamelessly hyped for their own benefit, having nothing to do with prostitutes handlers (i.e. "That Kate Gosselin pimps her kids on TV to make a buck").

With few exceptions, the race card is typically thrown when there is no racism. It is played to immediately achieve a perceived moral high ground in an argument, and to put the other debater on the defensive.

Yes she is a threat. She is a threat to this country, this world and human survival.
Sarah Palin is a threat to human survival?

Ok. Here's your opportunity to convince me.

How?

What does Iran have to do with Palin?
Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran. McCain wouldn't have picked her if she didn't agree with him on foreign policy. She is like many of the conservatives on this board-nuke first, negotiate later. The kind of philosophy that ends the world.

Unlike Obama, she has executive history that completely contradicts this statement.

When she was governor of Alaska, she didn't have near the amount of pressure from her own party to do what they want them to do. McCain, for example, was always more moderate than what he campaigned as. The GOP will try to get its rightful licks in, and they would use Palin to try to get that one.

So, you're basing your opinion on what you think she would do as a CinC using coulda, woulda, shoulda logic?

Wow.

Yeah, because it's my opinion.
