Revere America-1 million sigs to repeal Obamacare
George Pataki to start Revere America this week.

Quote:I'm very excited about Revere America. This is a great group of people that I'm going to be working with and as I've said for some time, I do want to get more involved in the national political dialogue and I think this is the best way to do it. We're going to be kicking off the end of this week an effort to get a million signatures, e-mails calling for the repeal and the reform and replacement of the Obama health-care bill. I'm optimistic that we can not only change that and have a significant impact in undoing the government's takeover of the health-care system, but we can also help candidates move onto other issues so that those who believe in limited government and not having Washington usurp power from the people and sacrifice their future with trillions in debt, in borrowing -- then, we can have a very real impact. So, when I looked at the different options, one of which included running for the Senate, it was obviously very flattering that people were encouraging me to run. I think that by being chair of Revere America and this effort to rally Americans in support of freedom, as Paul Revere did this coming Sunday 235 years ago, I think that's the best way for me to have an impact now.

Launches Sunday in Boston with a multi-million dollar budget.

They hope to get 1 million signatures. Easy.

58% want repeal
38% don't

Only 1,000,000? I'm sure they'll get more than that. The problem is that the loons on the left will hammer Revere like they do with the Tea Party and call them racists, fringe lunatics, etc.

There aren't that many nutcases like you out there. Nah. Why hammer Revere when the tea party will do just fine?

Petition to Repeal ObamaCare

WHEREAS the health care bill
recently passed by the United States Congress
and signed into law by President Obama
ignores the will of the majority of Americans
who vigorously oppose government controlled
national health care, and

WHEREAS this law includes an unprecedented overreach
of the federal government into the lives
of individuals and tramples on the Constitution, and

WHEREAS this law threatens the patient-physician relationship
and the highest standards of medical care, and

WHEREAS this law mandates
that citizens either purchase health insurance
or pay a fine to the federal government for not doing so, and

WHEREAS this law significantly jeopardizes jobs,
our economy and our children's futures
by adding nearly one trillion dollars to the national deficit
and substantially increasing taxes on families and businesses,
and

WHEREAS in sum and total this law represents
an arrogant disregard
for the personal freedom of the people of the United States,

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we
the undersigned citizens of the United States of America
support the repeal and replacement of this law with
responsible reforms to our nation’s health care system.
