APR Numbers By Conference
The link has the APR numbers by conference. The Sun Belt ranks the lowest in APR average. However, three teams are among the top percentile in the 117 listed. Troy is tops, followed by Middle Tennesse and Arkansas State. However, after these three teams, the rest of the conference teams have very, very low APR rates and standards.

Rankings (APR Rate Only)
Troy 51 945
Middle Tennessee 50 945
Arkansas State 60 941
Louisiana 101 916
Florida Atlantic 104 913
North Texas 105 911
Louisiana Monroe 110 906
Florida International 904 113
Western Kentucky (excluded, not full four FBS seasons)

Don't you need to look at these numbers by sport to see who is in danger of losing scholly's? I'd also like to see the year-over-year results because we've lost some in the past but appear to be improving; being over 900 takes you out of the danger zone to some degree.

Let me rephrase this as this pertains to only football. Also key is to look at the rentention rate. I agree, FIU is still having some troubles from the previous regime, just like Middle Tennessee did (but have climbed out of). But schools like ULM/ULL really have no excuse since they have had the same coaching staff during the last four seasons.
