Let's see:

(1) Girl, age seven, now a corpse
(2) Girl, age twelve, severely beaten

That's at least two problems that resulted from this homeschooled environment by my count. I realize that women are problematic for you with that extra rib and all and supposed to be subservient to the will of men and thus not fully human, but the educated populace does not subscribe to your distorted ideals.

Well if that's the best you've got then I'm happy that homeschooling has been demonstrated to be so superior.

I can match and exceed that with one school shooting.

You were saying?

I won't respond to the other BS you posted as it's beneath my intelligence. ...and Torch's as well.

In all honesty your argument is ridiculous. The original post was about homeschooling and your response is school shootings? Well, I'll add street shootings to that...and workplace violence. How about all the violence that has ever happened anywhere? How about war? War definitely beats school shootings...

Weak ass argument by someone who got their feelings hurt because someone bashed their beliefs.

If you were not so busy getting your panties shoved up your vag maybe your common sense would kick in and you would realize that he has said "fundamentalists" about 1000 times and yet for some reason you are still being a dick and starting to look like you are actually defending what happen to these kids.

Truthfully, what in your mind makes you attack the messenger of a story like this...because if you are anything other than outraged that this was allowed to happen to two children then something is seriously ******* wrong with you. Politics and Religion be damned sir...put your damn ego aside...

Who's being ridiculous? The original post was about child abuse. It had nothing to do with homeschooling.

Truthfully? Are you serious? This was nothing but flame bait.

If you're so outraged, then be outraged at Yahweh who trivialized these deaths, simply to taunt people about homeschooling.

Yeah, the same guy who wrote, "There's nothing "magical" about a non-viable agglomeration of fetal tissue."

So check your own ego.

The original post was meant to make people shy away from homeschooling. I simply made the case that public schooling is worse.

I know you went to Troy, so I'll keep it simpler next time.

There are pros to homeschooling and cons to homeschooling.

But homeschooling does not "cause" violence and abuse, and trying to draw a direct connection based on how a tiny, nutty fringe practiced it is fairly weak.

Corporal punishment is okay, but even the worst public schools don't allow capital punishment for messing up a lesson. The same obviously cannot be said for homeschools.

At least those girls got to go to a little bit of school. The Fundamentalist Christians got to this one before he was even of preschool age.

Remember to always say "amen!" little ones, or it can have dire consequences.

Just go ahead and say you want the government to control every aspect of our lives and call it a day.

Why do spend so much time fighting for fetuses, but not care when your people kill living, breathing human children?

Wow, you are an idiot! It's obvious that you don't have the ability to intelligently debate this.

It's also obvious that you are a long time poster on this forum that is either the return of a banned individual, or you are a current poster that is too chicken**** to post under your long time username and came up with a new one to hide behind. Either way you still look just as sorry.

My goodness, man. You sound as if you could have been an English Soldier talking about the Colonials here in America in the 1770's. Most of them felt the same way about the founders of our country.

What would you like to know about "fundamentalist" home schools from someone who's personally familiar? I might be able to answer a few questions for you.

He's not interested in answers. He just wants to demonize, solely because of his own faulty beliefs.

Per the article you posted, it doesn't look like it's "okay"...

Quote:His adoptive mother, Lynn Paddock, was later convicted of his murder.

Furthermore, digging up links of isolated, fringe horror stories and trying to imply it represents the acceptable 'MO' of an overall group is an immediate losing argument.
