Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. I am so sick of hearing about this guy. Like he's the first person to ever have an affair. The way the media is covering his public apology earlier today is sickening. This country is obsessed when it comes to professional athletes.

I agree - I happened to be at the dentist and they had it on when I was in the chair, so I got stuck watching it. In addition to thinking why the hell is this a special report, I think the only one he owes an apology to is his wife. But what a joke that he said he never thought about the people he was hurting - sure you did Tiger - you can't tell me you didn't think of your wife. You're just sorry you got caught.

Other misc. thoughts - I can't believe he got into Stanford based on that performance - brutal. Also, "sexual addiction" = excuse for rich people. Imagine a trucker doing a whore at every truck stop telling his wife he's a sex addict - who would believe that crap?!

agreed. sex addiction is a cop out excuse that turns the person from the bad guy into a "victim". i don't buy it. this was all a PR rescue ploy. he doesn't owe "joe the plumber" any apologies just his wife....actions will speak louder than words.
