Obama, "I'm not starting over"
From what I've read, Barry doesn't what to scrap the bill he said "some bad things were slipped in the bill". Apparently he would prefer to let the Republicans take one or two "bad things out" and pass the rest of the bad bill.
This will likely be a turning point in his presidency if he fails to get his version passed. To get the Obama agenda passed, the dems have stole the Minnesota election, changed the rules in Mass. to let a interim Senator be appointed, will they try to ram this through with reconciliation?

Obama knows that he has to "double down" now and try to ram his Health Care plan through ( along with his plans for Immigration Reform) because after November his legisative agenda is toast.

He made more promises to televise the health care discussions. Hey, that line worked for him once, why not again?
