Congrats, UCONN
Good game today. We just can't get over the hump with you guys. 0-3 going back to the 2005 NCAA tournament.

I think it's awesome that Connecticut did a home and home with UCF with us just 2 years removed from the Atlantic Sun and definitely appreciate it.

Good luck the rest of the season!

You guys played a good game. Your coach had your young players execute the gameplan to the perfection most of the game. You guys knew UCONN guys were bigger and more athletic so you slowed the game to a crawl and played the half court game. It frustrated UCONN quite a bit and all the fouls came because UCONN couldn't make a free throw (7 for 17 at one point). Anyway, I think there are some talent there on the team. I hope your PG is ok cause he looked like he twisted his ankle in the end. Also, having Michael Jordan's son on the team should help the team get some attention. He is a good player but not like his dad.

Good luck rest of the season. I think this team will improve by end of the season and surprise some people. I don't have any problem with UCONN signing home and home with teams in FLA. I am sure Calhoun don't mind getting his players there to get a little sunshine. This is why I would prefer to add UCF to the BE for the annual FLA road trip.

6224.

We had about 10000 in Memphis that day for the Liberty Bowl. Bummed on the timing of that one.

Coincidentally, this year the game was played 17 hours after our bowl

Still a nice crowd...sure you would've sold it out if the game was on a better date. It looks like a real nice mid-size arena.
