The women move to 8-2 with an 86-74 road win over Southern Illinois-Evansville this afternoon.

Sophomore guard Clare Aubry came off the bench to lead the scoring with 17 points, including 5-of-7 from beyond the arc. Also scoring in double-figures for Toledo were Tanika Mays (16 points), Jessica Williams (11 points), Allie Clifton (10 points), and Courtney Ingersoll (10 points).

The Rockets now move to Bloomington, IN for a game with the Hoosiers on
Tuesday.

Expected win and I think Tues night will be a good test. Still don't like giving up 74 to a bad team...

Seems a fair concern. That's the most points SIUE has scored all season, by far.

Coach seems to find a way to make corrections with this team quickly. I am not worried!

all twelve players saw time and Naama and Tanika were in foul trouble and sat out most of the first half, in fact Naama didn't play a whole lot in the 2nd either. She played a lot of bench players for a lot of minutes so this is part of it. Ind is a much tougher game and we will have to play our best to win but this is a very winnable game

If the Rockets play top level offense and defense for both halves, they definately have a strong shot at Indiana. Am so happy for Clare! She shoots lights out at practice and was finally able to demonstrate her skill under the pressure of real opponents. Long may she reign(3 pointers)!
