I think they have more important things they need to focus on, however maybe a playoff would be cool to see.

Big deal. They'll just refer to the winner as the "BCS grand champion" or some damned thing and keep raking in the cash.

That's true of all but one thing, whatever that most impolrtant thing may be. But as this affects revenue which is currently unfairly available and unfairly distributed among entities that , almost without exception, feed to some extent at the Federal trough it is an important issue. Not as important, IMO, as mandating that all universities have a men's track team but important, nevertheless.

Can we just win 6 games to get to the bowl!!!
Government should not be involved in any sports bowl decisions, as well as running or ruining our health care. This is a country of for the people not for the government. WOW Gone too far!!01-lauramac201-lauramac201-lauramac2

imagine the recruits we could get, the fans that would pack the glass bowl, the money that the university and the city(why the government should be concerned about it, plus remember, we're a state school) could bring in if we just make a run for one championship. hell just having a chance could bring in some recruits. as of right now there is no chance at all of someone coming here to win a "national championship" so they may go elsewhere just for that reason.
