OBL got alot of recourse thrown his way since 9/11, hasn't changed a thing.

Qaddafi aides the Bin Ladens from a political position. Big difference from what Bin Laden and his organization is doing.

Qaddafi pissed himself once we took down Saddam, since then watching American whine, they are no longer pissing themselves. They are reading our Political Will and reading into it the Country doesn't have the back bone to take them on, long term. Especially given their willingness to bring Suicide Bombers and other slimeball tactics into the realm of warfare, conducted in the shadows with little trace to the Puppets behind them.

Capturing and/or killing OBL would not "end the war". It would be a great PR and Morale victory, but wouldn't end anything. This struggle is about alot more than just OBL, as we've seen with events all over the world by lone Jihadi's like the Fort Hood Jihadist in our own Military.

Their world view does not value death.
It simply does not value life nearly as highly as ours does.
There's a difference.
Those guys aren't interested in dying to fulfill a world view.
But as long as they can get other people to do it--and they can--without worry about recourse against themselves--which they don't have to--then they will continue to operate.
Qaddafi has behaved fairly well since we dropped a few bombs in his backyard. There's Lockerbie, of course, but not much since then.

While you may be right about "their" view of the relative value of life and death, Islamists like Sheikhs Yassin (Hamas co-founder), Nasrallah (Lebanese Hizbollah leader), and others have explicitly said that. You can say that they are using hyperbole or that they had other motivations for saying it, but this is not an invention of GGNiner.
