The game was previously not scheduled for TV. I'm glad CSS has decided to pick it up.

from troytrojans.com: Troy University's football game at the University of Arkansas on November 14 has been scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. kickoff. The game will be televised on CSS.

The Trojans (6-2, 5-0) will play at Western Kentucky (0-8, 0-4) this weekend in Bowling Green, Ky. There will be no live television for that game.

So for November 14, here is the tentative Sun Belt TV line-up:

3:15pm - Louisiana at Middle Tennessee - CSS, Cox Sports, ESPN Gameplan.
6:30pm - Troy at Arkansas - CSS

Good! I'd like to see it....but I fear Troy will get drubbed this year. As much as I hate the pigs, Mallet is awesome.

Probably. Troy hasn't impressed me enough to show that they can win that game. Troy's secondary keeps getting better, but to be honest, they haven't faced a great QB like Mallet since Tebow, respectively. Who knows though, a few piggy fumbles here and an interception there...

Probably but likely subject to blackout across most of the southeast.

This game had to be picked up for TV by someone becauase the SEC"s contract with ESPN requires every game to be televised with the exception of one game at each school that the school does a PPV for. Arkansas used their PPV game week 1

Same here...I have never liked the hogs (goes back to my very young days when I was an Ole Miss fan - my dad graduated from UM - and the way they treated us). That drum stick guy is good. I will watch just as I did Florida and hope it turns out better for TROY.

I think Troy has a chance, though it's a tough game to read. Arkansas is not #1 Florida. The Gators have the #2 pass defense in the country, where the Hogs have the #113 pass defense. Has to count for something since they play in the same conference. Since Troy has a lackluster run game, Florida was able to shut down Troy's entire offense with their #2 pass defense and #11 run defense. Troy was held to 137 total yards.

Arkansas's run defense is 68th. I think with the Hogs' weaknesses on defense, Troy will score some points, at least 21. However, the Hogs will score in bunches, and that could kill Troy's chances. The key will be shutting down Arkansas' run game, which is 67th in the country. Troy is absolutely dominatant against the run, until the game is out of hand. Troy has held some very very good running backs to less than 40 yards this season. UNT's Lance Dunbar had 11 yards at the half. That will be the key.

But the real task at hand is beating Western Kentucky. Lets do that first.
