A few things. Why is it surprising? As it mentioned, Cosco already does it(have been for several years). I think it is hilarious that they actually have to put the casket is non-returnable. I can actually see someone sending a "full" casket back to Wal-Mart. But hey, they buy from some Illinois company so it definately helps our economy. Call it economic an stimulus plan(of course, you get stiffed if you are dead though). :)

They should set up in store displays. Can you put one on layaway for when you die?

Caskets are a perfect item for Wal-Mart. Now, if they can only build one big enough to completely house themselves, I'd contribute to the cause.
