Btw, I wouldn't count on Hartford staying in the top 40 much longer either since insurance is a large part of the economy. I have a pic of Hartford that is almost identical to pic that they use in that story.
What "sweat shops" you f'n idiot? Our cost of living is lower, which is going to help us out in the long run while you idiots are starving your asses off up North with no jobs. You've PUSHED jobs out while we're making the environment business-friendly.

You can take my triple wide over my dead body, I just put rims on it. My 15 kids can't fit in no single wide.

I thought it was from the cheap labor of slavery that still goes on down there. Easy to be profitable when the payroll is 0.
Cheap labor of Slavery?? You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about, do you? If you're talking about illegal aliens, 1) they came here voluntarily to work for these slave wages and 2) rarely if ever do they make less than minimum wage, and with skills... MUCH more. The difference is, they'll do for $10/hr what a union guy charges $35/hr for. and 3) they're all across the country, not just in Texas. Millions in big cities like Chicago and New York... and many more in every other city.

This may not be the dumbest thing I've read of your words on this board, Robert, but it's definitely in the team picture.
Such sweeping generalizations from the purportedly open-minded end of the spectrum.

RE: Why can't every state be like Texas
Texas still has it's problems. Just yesterday a at Houston City Council, they refused to hear a plan to Train HPD with 287 g immigration detention. Council Members Snub Immigration Meeting
They have been trying to get this discussed for as long as it has been available from ICE.
The F'ing mayor Bill White refused to show up. A quorum was not meet so it was never even discussed, continuing Houston as the largest Sanctuary City in the Nation.
BTW, Healthcare Reform in Texas, with the largest population of uninsured in the nation, is going to require the rest of the country to pay for all the illegals here. Since it's the Feds responsible to screen for citizenship.

Gee. You must have at least 2 outhouses and at least 2 1975 Ford pickups with gun racks in the back with that many kids. I assume you literally believe in "be fruitful and multiply".

The biggest problem with NC is that in small town NC the people are still fighting the black vs. white issue in the town politics. The leadership in that state from the local to the statewide is just terrible.

No. Texass is part of the US and is not alllowed to have "slavery"(no, not the Fo version that we are all slaves of the government) in this day and time. However, all bets are off if/when Taxass seceds. I can definately see them bringing it back.
That may be the most idiotic speculation I have ever...EVER...read in the Spin Room. You are either a meat puppet just trying to stir people up, or you are one of the biggest "dunces" that has ever graced NCAAbbs. It's too bad that endzone 2 isn't around anymore (not really). You guys would have epic discussions on this board.
