Bears suck. Are the Bengals going to score 70?
Wow. THe Bears are getting slaughtered. I hope those who went to the Bears game after going to the NIU game in Miami are having fun.

Embarrassment. Coaching staff is clueless, no o-line, no-d-line, crappy secondary..Doesn't bode well for a team.
Lovie and Turner need to go, get Shannahan in here. Lovie needs to get away from his cover 2, it doesn't work anymore. Turner needs to utilize his franchise quarterback and let Cutler sling the ball down the field. STOP RUNNING THE BALL, haven't been able to do it all season. There are no running backs in this league who can run behind that O-line.
I got a friend who is an intern for a Cincy radio station and he texted me saying Angelo stopped watching the game after it was 21-0 and decided to hit up the food buffet and never returned to his seat

The Bears are missing a number of starters especially on Defense but how they aren't scoring is a sad indictment on the state of this franchise.
Thank goodness we have college football to enjoy.

Benson has finally grown up. He was a tool with the Bears. He has talent but it took awhile for him to work and play hard. He still quit on the team in the superbowl.

It was just a horrible pick to begin with that day especially with Thomas Jones on the roster. TJ had a good year in 2004 splitting carries with Anthony Thomas, he average 4 yards a carry.
The smart pick that year would have been Jamaal Brown who went to the Saints at #13.
I had a feeling he was gonna make an impact in the league when the Bears released him, but I didn't think he'd be leading the league in rushing.

Did you see the holes he was running through? The Bears couldn't stop the run with 7 in the box or the pass with 7 in the box. So why not change something and try stopping the run? Frickin Lovie is stubborn and doesn't change his defense at the 1st qtr or halftime. Same as the superbowl. Peyton Manning continued to drop passes underneath the coverage, but Lovie (and def coord.) kept dropping Urlacher 10-15 yards back every pass play. He needs to make better game time decisions.
Benson proved if he has a hole and can get to top speed before being touched, he is a tough runner. He wouldn't do anything behind this Bears line. The backs are hit before they get to the line of scrimmage.

Benson has proved to be a tough runner all year, if there is a hole or not. That's why he's leading the league in rushing.
Lovie is never gonna go away from the Tampa 2, he helped to create it. Monte Kiffin had brief interviews last year for the DC position and told Lovie that the scheme needed changes, especially to suit the Bears personnel.. Apparently Lovie did not listen.
As much as I hate saying this, I do not care if the Bears only win 5 games this year as long as it means that Lovie, and Turner are not on that sideline next year.

Lovie is stubborn and he has worn out his welcome. I hope they are gone at the end of the year. I haven't seen any of the Bengals games prior to Sunday, but Benson (like all backs, but especially big backs like him and Turner) is much more impressive if he gets a full head of steam up. If you can get to him before he gets going and stop his momentum or tangle up his feet, he is much less effective. The way the Bears attacked Turner the week before, it's like they weren't thinking the Bengals running game was very good. They definitely made it much easier for the Bengals.
