In the meantime only God who knows who is walking across unsecured borders with Mexico and Canada.

With round trip air transportation easily obtained from the Middle East to Venezuela now, its pretty damn easy to get some bad guys over here, without showing up on a "No Fly List"....

Once they are in South America, we are screwed. If you cant stop 200 pounds of pot from crossing the US Border, do you think you can catch 10 specific guys crossing between Brownsville and San Diego?.
