Threats to the President should be taken quite seriously. The USA has had more presidential assassinations than many third world countries.

Looks like the guy is just a moron that likes to talk big. Worth 50 million but eats at a Waffle House?

Secret service got a guy in NC a few years back for threatening Bush. He was a local drunk who liked to call into sports talk radio and run off about "his" tarheels.

There are nuts everywhere.

So they're enforcing this law now? Guess it was put on hold from 2001-2009.

Hey, the Secret Service does tend to take threats against the president seriously. Today's drunken rage is tomorrow's lone gunman. Even if they don't prosecute these guys make a list and when the president goes into their neck of the woods, there's a dark van parked near the guy's house with the guys with sunglasses and earphones sitting in them. Disagree with the President, but threatening his life is stupid and kind of chicken$hit.
