If it were in Gaza (1) who was it intended for? and (2) why is the pilot dialog in English?

Ok, I presume this is a separate incident, and the video is Afghanistan. Hamas and Hezbollah are constantly blowing themselves up - in a recent incident in Lebanon, there were apparently 5-8 killed by the explosives and another 3 killed by the chemical weapons payload.

I think the terrorist talent pool is drying up...... you know, all that dying in horrible work accidents....... getting harder and harder to find good terrorists these days....... jihad just ain't what it used to be........ hey hey ho ho, those Apaches have got to go hey hey ho ho......
