From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.

You as an individual will have no choice. The collectivists will be around to collect your "contribution".

so just quit being healthy. and quit working and it solves the problem.

RE: Obama care loosing support rapidly
.

I kinda have another take on this little diatribe of goo.

It is so funny how Forthcoming and Succinct in Altruistic Poll Reporting Rasmussen was, when Rasmussen was showing Obama leading McCain for months in the last heat of the run up to the Election.

Yet now, since Rasmussen happens to tell the TRUTH on just how Obama the Black POTUS is doing in Real Terms and in Approval Ratings, Rasmussen is Full of Sh't all of a sudden.

How do you Liberals gauge this stuff so it fits your Tidy little Asses in such a way that the Sun always Shines from out of them ?????

You people are honestly Morbidly Two Faced to the N'th Degree and can not take a Poll for it's face value if it shows Obama in the "Trailing Numbers" category. It is pathetic ...

You are some of the most Self Fooled people this Planet has ever Spit Out of it's Bowels and that is Complementing YOU !!!!

No matter which poll you look at, it seems to me that Obama's popularity is dropping in all of them. If that continues, the ones showing the highest popularity today will eventually get to the range where the ones showing the lwest popularity are today. Obama needs to turn the trend around. Can he?

So do the majority.

Quote:When it comes to health care decisions, 51% of the nation’s voters fear the federal government more than private insurance companies. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 41% hold the opposite view and fear the insurance companies more. Seven percent (7%) are not sure who they fear the most.

Quote:Most notable, however, is the opposition among voters not affiliated with either party. Sixty-two percent (62%) of unaffiliated voters oppose the health care plan, and 51% are strongly opposed. This marks an uptick in strong opposition among both Republicans and unaffiliateds, while the number of strongly supportive Democrats is unchanged.

Results hadn't been released at the time I started this topic. (The reason for no link, Robert.)

Here's the link.

Notice how they only use Rasmussen/Fox News. That's because every other poll is not suitable for them. Open your eyes, you support a regional Southern Republican Party. The majority of Obama opponents are from rural/Southern/Midwestern/Jell-O Belt states with high obesity(especially in South)/no-to-low education attainment/low income. There is only one person who agrees with you that is outside your region (smn1256), but Orange County to San Diego is highly Republican anyways (Nixon and Reagan hailed from there).

yes, he would have to come out and say that the healthcare plan has seriously flaws. That he has heard the patriots of this country's concerns. That he will LEAD a complete rework of the legislation. But before any legislation becomes enacted, he will secure the borders, start a workers ID program to screen out illegals, order the repayment of the bailout money, stop the spending stimulus money except for a line by line review. Cut taxes for Business, cut payroll taxes, Hold the FED accountable. Hold the Banks accountable. Hold Wall Street Acountable. Downsize the Federal Government. Fix the Mark to Market rules. Drive speculators out of oil trading. Make the changes to get the 200 billion in waste out of Medicare, that he has already identified. Beef up the military to WIN in the ME. Give incentives to College Kids to become Doctors and other critical professions. Balance the US budget. Make states balance their Budgets. Tell the Chinese to Piss Off and renegotiate our debt. (just kidding on that one but it would be nice.) Tort reform that protects people from abuse from the Justice system, Lawyers and insurance companies. Make Judges actually Try cases without delay. I could go on.....

We also grow a lot of food out here and most of us have the ability to be self sufficient. Being a liberal you probably don't know what that means but if truly hard times ever hit you'll become familiar with it quickly.

Statistics to show your point please.

But let's put it this way, the majority of the land in the entire US is rural, yes even New York and Cali. And your most rural states are not in the south: Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Utah, and Kansas come to mind.

Now as far as education goes, Obama has some pretty uneducated followers himself (I'm a voter, not a follower). There is a reason that a lot of his followers want free healthcare and that is because they can't get their own. Did you know that California, a largely liberal state has the highest dropout rate, that would make their education attainment pretty darn low. You can't count their entire population's achievement because the majority of them were educated from the outside and brought in.

There's no such thing as obama care. There's no bill yet.

It is amazing how the republican machine consolidates and demonizes, even when there's nothing to go after. The criticisms are all of strawmen, and dishonest ones at that. e.g. Palin's "Death Panels". The ability for so-called "conservatives" to stay on message, in complete contradiction with reality is absolutely amazing and frightening.

BTW - Daily Show's Death Panel panel was ******* hysterical the other night. Someone's got to speak up for those people who are being excluded from their right to their own death panel!!

Orifice,
of course you would rather wait until its too late, let the loonies put forth their ultra progressive programs wasting taxpayer money and the lobbyists who write whatever will make them money. You stay on message. Republicans are working in a system stacked against them and you stay on message ( Saul Alinsky #13) to isolate, demean and ridicule them for expressing the ideas. Your pathetic.

Really? Then what is this?
http://docs.house.gov/edlabor/AAHCA-BillText-071409.pdf

Check out the first page, in really BIG letters..."A BILL
To provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans
and reduce the growth in health care spending, and
for other purposes."

You crack me up daily w/ your ignorance, but today's was golden.

Funny, since the critics have actually read the bill, and the legislators haven't. I suspect Obama hasn't either.

So just by what "TITLE" should we call that almost 1200 Pages of Sputum Congress WON'T READ, but are DYING TO PASS ?????

That is NOT A BILL with a BILL NUMBER ATTACHED TOO IT ?????

Where do you people come up with this hooey at ?????

You know what Arti ... I could wipe my ass with 1000 Pieces of Paper and stick a Cover Sheet on it that read "Health Care Bill" and Congress would pass it tonight.

You know it, I know it, and every one on Earth knows it .... so I guess we would then have the "Health Care Sh'tulus Bill" working hard for us.

Theer are nuemrous versions of the healthcare reform bill.

Dr Torch, it's obvious I have touched a nerve because you cannot reply to me without trying to toss in a personal insult and congratulate yourself for it.

I find it sadly comical.

Don't take it personally Artifice. I dislike anyone who remains purposefully ignorant, and yet feels entitled to steal my money and time for their ill-conceived plans.

You're free to do as you want w/ your resources. You like this healthcare approach? Find some friends who think the same way and set up a system for yourselves. That's what liberty is all about. But, don't take my money and my choice.

And if you don't like the insults, then stop writing stupid things. It's really that easy.
