There's been a pretty strong H pressure system just sitting over Minnesota the past two weeks. I hope it stays there.

A high pressure system rotates clockwise so it would make sense that those areas are heating up. I wouldn't put it that far down though. The Dakota's Nebraska that area. I wonder if they have had warmer than usual weather.
