the one person who did violate the Law for sure, was the guy that leaked this to the press. The Left is trying to create the perception she is leaving office to avoid scandal is what this comes down to, "News" headlines is how they do that.

Palin issued this statement on Facebook:

Apparently she's never actually used a dime of these funds from what I understand. They are trying to claim she can never, as Governor in AK, accept donations to help pay her legal bills like Clinton and Co. did, and has to just take all the Friviolous complaints and pay the Millions in bills herself.

Oh, and also thanks to AK law they can continue to file these complaints non-stop for 2 more years against her. Which I'm sure they will, unless AK Legislature steps up and does something.
