If you ever make it up for a game you should take the John Carpenter walking tour. It goes through campus, stops at places he frequented or lived or worked. If you watch the first two Halloween movies several of the streets are named after streets in Bowling Green.

His boyhood home is literally a log cabin on campus:

I hope you dont mind a Southern Miss fan jumping in here with his two cents worth. Our most prominent alumnus is Kilroy. He got kicked out for leaking on a tree and since then has left his mark in most every restroom in the world trying to convince us he wouldnt do it again.

One of the cooler Middle alumns that I've actually met is Wayne White. He's a pretty successful artist who's had some pretty cool jobs. He was the art director for Pee Wee's playhouse, for which he won three emmys(I know Pee Wee was a strange one, but the set was part of what made that show) and he was also the art director for two award winning music videos Peter Gabriel's "Big Time" and The Smashing Pumpkins "Tonight, Tonight".

Another group of past students at WKU were part of the rap group Nappy Roots (3 of the 5). Don't know anything about them, just know they went to school here.

We also had 2 students that were on The Apprentice with Donald Trump. One of them graduated from WKU and the other one transferred to UL after his fresh or soph year (I personally know this guy).
