Indulge me: the sweetest day in many months
Today I am the happiest camper I've been in months.

The weather was idyllic.

I griilled and drank my brains out with my family in my backyard late this afternoon.

Earlier - I completed several time sensitive tasks hanging over my head @ work by visiting staff I supervise in three different locations between 11:30am and 2:30pm. I have been away from the office since Tuesday with one more day of freedom left Monday.

My wife continues to be the the warrior she is recovering from cardiac arrest suffered April 21. A defibrillator saved her life. 02-13-banana

Family confirmed plans to stay in Madison Labor Day weekend.
Guys attending UW game 04-cheers, ladies made own plans for Saturday nite.

Life is good again. It simply doesn't get much better than this too often at 65.

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo H U S K I E S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please see the movie "Up" if you have not already done so. It is an animated movie from Disney/Pixar, but it is really a movie for adults first and kids second. It has SO much to tell. The movie's main lesson is as you search for a great adventure, don't pass up the adventure your life is taking you on now, for it is the greatest adventure of all. Enjoy life; enjoy the moment.
