When Obama gets his Compensation Czar...
Why will the best people want to stay with the banks in trouble? Any company getting funds from the government will lose their best and brightest. The only way I see this not happening is if the government uses its financial muscle to bring down the profitable banks by undercutting the other banks and companies.

RE: When Obama gets his Compensation Czar...
A slew of the banks that owe $ are getting ready to pay it off anyway. By year's end I doubt many if any won't have started to pay back what they owe so they can get out from under, which is the way it should be
