I agree...I blame him and Cheney for the whole damn mess. I never thought Shrub was very bright...but...I thought having these 2 guys, Rice and Powell would be a good team and keep him from screwing up. So much for conventional wisdom. The sooner we put the memory of that administration behind us the better.
