Denver Students and Alumni Create "Unofficial" Pioneer Mascot
University of Denver alumni and students have created their own "unofficial" Pioneer mascot, in response to the adminitration's refusal to bring back the Denver Boone, who served from 1968-1999 but was 'retired' for political correctness reasons
