The Sunbelts Pain the butt team of 2009....
FIU

http://cfn.scout.com/2/850709.html

FIU – After years of trying to make the program competitive, Mario Cristobal should finally have a team good enough to be an interesting player for the Sun Belt race … at least on offense. QB Paul McCall and nine starters are back on offense that improved as the year went on. The defense needs to replace almost all the key players, but it’ll be athletic. There are way too many holes to fill to think about a bowl game, but the team that went 3-4 in Sun Belt play should be good enough to have a winning confrence record.

Oh, I got that! It just seemed funny that an FAU fan is the one who quickly posted the article. LOL.

OwlFamily, are we a pain in YOUR butt? LOL

Not yet, Thankfully. 03-nutkick

But as many have said, FIU has certainly improved, the question is have you improved enough? 05-stirthepot

The losses on defense certainly are scary. But I think we added enough firepower on an already good offense to keep us in the game if the defense falters.

However the defensive line is the only question mark, and they are more than capable. They just need to put forth the effort on each play. Also playing against a solid offense will only help them to become better in a shorter period of time. This really could be the best offense in the belt. I definitely see this year being a four horse race between MTSU, Troy, FAU, and FIU.
