The Cowboys are soft, and Romo has to be the most hyped and over rated QB in pro football.

As a Cowboy fan I am sick but not surprised. We are a bunch of individuals and not a team. Nobody in the NFC has as much talent and we just wasted it.

I love it!!! I've never liked the Cowboys. It couldn't have happened to a nicer group of guys...

I don't know Maize. I don't think the Cowboys have as much talent as folks think. The offensive line is big but not very athletic. It can't run block, and Romo really got beat up this year because of spotty pass blocking. The running backs are average at best. Owens and Whitten are all-pros, but Owens is a buzz kill to be around. Defensively, the Cowboys have a couple of solid players, but overall the Boys are undersized and soft on defense. I think the Cowboys are a 9-7 team based on its talent.

Jones need to find a GM that knows football.
